The Nokia Lumia 1520 reportedly to have a counterpart mini version with the model name Lumia 1520v. The news coming out of the chinese website wpbar.cn contains some salt about the mini version of a phablet with the same 1080p display resolution on 4.3″ screen (that’s around 512PPI), wirelesse charging an 3000mAh battery.
We have seen Samsung and other mobile phone manufacturers making large devices and then introducing their mini version. If you are really into the world of mobile/smartphones since long time, then you would know that Nokia first made a mini version of Nokia N97 but that was actually a mini version of a normal sized phone instead. Instead Samsung adopted that approach with making larger devices as a regular mobile phones and then making normal sized phone calling it as mini. Now rumour is that Nokia will be bringing Lumia 1520 in some 4.3″ sized display.

Nokia Lumia 1520 was the first release from Finish manufacturer for the phablet marketplace and is actually having appreciations worldwide for its display and other hardware elements. The mini version of the device with exact same resolution will sure be exciting news for people who want a regular sized phone with higher display resolution on Windows Phone 8. I personally would love that as not being a fan of something that’s too big for phone and too small for tablet.
