Just like always, before publishing a review of the device, following goes the unboxing session of Lumia 930. But have a little bit of specifications of the device before going on to open the box.

Lumia 930 Unboxing
Let’s go on with unboxing the package and see what we got in that white box.
The box is slim drawer packed just like the one came with Lumia 630. But I was not expecting it just the same way as it is being for a high-end smartphone. We’ve seen much better packaging of the smartphones from other manufacturers including HTC, Apple and Samsung. I know Nokia had been doing it to keep it on track of maintaining a traditional approach of packing, which now Microsoft seems to continue but with a little colour full packing.
The back side of the outer box is printed with the colour profiles of Lumia 930 as well as labeled with some prominent attributes of the devices. While the inner box (back side) provides the Eco information about the material used in making as well as the recycling information. Eco profile can be read here.
Front side of the outer box also gives glimpse from front and back of the device informing about the available bright colors including orange and green.
Drawing out the inner box reveals the Lumia 930 wrapped in the beautiful transparent plastic cover which we have seen on many other high-end devices from Nokia. Seriously I like that wrapper very much.
A little portion of the box covers the accessories with a folding slap. When unfolding, it reveals the data/connectivity cable (USB – micro USB) and the charger. The charger is open to be plugged with the USB cable for charging as the charger itself does not come with a fixed wire.
Along with the charger and the USB cable, the Quick user guide is also present underneath the items visible above.
The absence of the headset once again from such an expensive high-end device was really unexpected. I really don’t know how much Microsoft could have saved by excluding an important accessory for music lovers. To keep a low-end device in budget, removing accessories from the sales package is understandable but the device like this priced at Rs. 64,000/- must include such supportive accessories.

Undoubtedly, the Lumia 930 impressed us with its first impressions. We did like the graceful and premium build of the device with aluminum metal bezel and the curved screen. But Microsoft should really think of adding supportive accessories like headset within the sales package of the phones. Also a quality packaging will be a plus point
