OPPO teases Samsung and Apple in their Oppo N3 advert

It’s been quite usual that the smartphone manufacturers mock other brands or devices in their commercial ad videos to showcase their unique features. OPPO is no different as recently OPPO Pakistan published a video teasing Samsung and Apple specifically with motorized camera module featured on upcoming OPPO N3 smartphone.

The video starts with people standing inside some hall like art gallery looking top where a huge ceiling is designed with a crystal made pyramid in the middle of the ceiling. Walls were totally blank with only a couple of art work placed on the ground at spaces.

A guy is shown taking panorama picture with his phone while moving vertically top and bending back down while failing and trying other postures. On the other hand other people are also portrayed trying to take panorama shots as well when a lady holding an iPad bumps into another women backwards.

Then comes a Samsung Note 3 owner using his phablet who ends up bending back and lying down while trying to take the same shot when he comes in the way of another guy before that guy falls down. The video keeps running faster and the scene chances with a girl crashing into an art work dropping it to the ground – well she was holding an iPhone.

On the other side a man in need of a good shot falls down the stairs taking a several other too along. Another old man ends up failing with apparently no good shot. Then a guy amongst them extracts the OPPO N3 from his pocket with a taunting smile and tapping a capture button the OPPO N3 when the motorized camera starts rotating upwards to take panorama shot easily and finishes with guy himself upside down in the frame – watch the video below.

This ad reminds me more of the Lumia wedding ad where Samsung and Apple fans fight each other where two Windows Phone users stand aside and keep shooting the scene very calmly.

We have published an overview and our first impressions about the OPPO N3 recently. The camera smartphone is yet to be launched and there is no words about pricing and availability. We’ll update you as soon as there is something news about the smartphone.
