Today at Mobile World Congress 2015, Microsoft Corporation has announced low-end Lumia 640 and Lumia 640 XL. However Windows 10 for Phones is not yet ready, both the devices will be upgrade-able to Windows 10 when it will be ready and available to offer greater productivity. Windows 10 for Phones will be available later this year.
Lumia 640 and Lumia 640 XL come with 1 GB of RAM and Qualcomm Snapdragon quad-core CPU 1.2GHz. 720p HD display is common on both the 5 inch Lumia 640 or 5.7 inch Lumia 640 XL. Lumia 640 is packed with 2500 mAh and 3000 mAh in Lumia 640 XL. The 13MP camera is bundled with the ZEISS optics on Lumia 640 XL while the 8MP camera is the primary one on Lumia 640. Front facing camera is only 1MP on Lumia 640, however it’s 5 MP wide angle camera on the Lumia 640 XL.
First ever dual SIM models will come with LTE support. Both devices will preloaded with Windows Phone 8.1 and the Lumia Denim update. They are upgrade able to Windows 10 once it’s ready and available.

Pricing and Availability
Lumia 640 will be available starting in April and will be available in glossy cyan, orange and white, as well as matte black. Lumia 640 XL will start rolling out globally in March and will be available in matte cyan, orange and black, as well as both matte and glossy white.
Both the Lumia 640 and Lumia 640 XL will be available in single-SIM and dual-SIM LTE and dual-SIM 3G variants while the Lumia 640 XL, in addition, will also be available as a single-SIM 3G variant.
Lumia 640 is estimated to be around EUR 139 (~156 US Dollars or ~15,800 Pakistani Rupees) for the 3G model and EUR 159 (~$178 or PKR ~18,200/-) for the LTE model, before taxes and subsidies.
Lumia 640 XL will be around EUR 189 (~$210 or PKR ~21,500/-) for 3G and EUR 219 (~$245 or PKR ~25,000/-) for LTE, before taxes and subsidies.
