Huawei ShotX, a version of Honor 7i, will launch in Pakistan

Adding to an earlier report as the Huawei Honor 7i launching in Pakistan – the smartphone will be named as Huawei ShotX, as marketed in Europe.

Just recall about the Honor 7i, as it features a flip-out camera module allowing you to use the primary camera itself for video calling and selfies. Dubbed as Huawei ShotX, this smartphone comes in upper mid-range as it will cost around around PKR ~40,000/- (unofficial according to European price of EUR 349.) More importantly, it will be launched along side the flagship Huawei Nexus 6P in Pakistan.

Huawei ShotX carries the Android 5.1 operating system, along with Huawei’s Emotion 3.1 user interface (EMUI 3.1). Qualcomm Snapdragon 616, MSM 8939, Octa core 1.5 GHz processor is backed by 2GB of RAM and it sports a 16GB internal storage which is expandable up to 128GB with microSD card.

The smartphone has a 5.2 inch IPS display with full HD resolution of 1920×1280 pixels serving at pixel density of 423ppi. The main 13MP camera comes with dual-tone color flash which is rotatable (90 degrees or 180 degrees) and would also serve as the front facing camera capturing selfies and video calling.

Just to clarify, the device in subject is called Honor 7i in China while in Europe it was marketed as Huawei ShotX. In Pakistan, the company will also market it as Huawei ShotX.
