Mobilink Android customers will be able to buy Google Play content with their mobile accounts

VimpelCom Ltd. (the parent company of Mobilink Pakistan) has finalised the deal with Google to bring carrier billing for Google Play (the app store for Android devices) to its customers all over the globe. In result, the customers of Mobilink in Pakistan (or other child companies of VimpelCom in other markets) will be able to buy apps, games, books and other content from Google Play store via their mobile accounts. No credit cards or debit cards will be required.
