Nokia Pakistan has finally launched their facebook fan page with an exclamatory remarks "From time to time, we do something first, before anybody else. Today, Nokia Pakistan has entered Facebook and together we will do a lot for the first time :)"
Nokia Pakistan and Djuice (A Subsidiary of Telenor) have collaborated to start a chain of developer workshops to train software developers . Focusing on the development for Nokia's S40 devices, the aim of these workshops is to cater to the lower-end of the market. The first workshop in this chain was held at Telenor regional office where Tony Torp (an external trainer from Nokia) shared the details of development tools available to develop mobile apps for S40 devices while hands-on training session was also delivered to the participants.
While Nokia N9 has been very much welcomed globally (where launched), The official launch of Nokia N9 in Pakistan has been held in Karachi. You can see a few of the pictures inside from the live event sent from the attendees.
Ufone is going to promote the beautiful Nokia N9 in Pakistan. However Nokia N9 has already been available in markets officially. I am not sure what purpose Ufone will serve for Nokia N9 now. Probably a lower price tag and a few promotional gifts?

And on-top, there's the Gorilla glass. In respect to favour photography to make it up-to the date device, Nokia X7 comes with 8 mega pixel camera with dual-led flash.
Nokia Pakistan has announced the Nine Lucky Winners of Nokia Recycling Campaign who win the brand new Nokia N8.
The recycling campaign held by Nokia Pakistan is a major step to help many kind of environmental issues around the globe. The campaign was started a few months ago and a large number of participants dropped off their (old but faulty) mobile phones as well as accessories at Nokia Recycling Points across Pakistan. It was a chance for people, who participate in the program, to win Nokia N8s in a lucky draw which was held just recently.
TenPearls, a global application development company owned by Pakistani Developrs, won 2nd Prize for its mobile app, ANIMAL 101, in the Trivia and Education category of Nokia and AT&T’s “Calling All Innovators 2011” mobile app and games contest.
