Chrome Extension for Google+ Share & Notification

Right after the Google+ launch many of the Chrome extensions were shown up in webstore. The developers, like, were already waiting for it to be launched and start development for Google’s new social platform.

Now another Chrome extension has been available that gives you Google+ notifications and will let you share right from the plugin button residing on the Chrome toolbar, no matter which website you are currently on.
