Google+ goes public beta with a bunch of new features

After living behind the closed doors with invite-only access, Google+ is now open for everyone to signup.

Google+ has rested in peace for 90 days with a limited invite-only users. During the period Google has updated Google+ with various new features as much as 91 features. You can see a list of a few features added sequentially here.

Today Google has announced 9 (nine) new features to make it hundred. And the 100th feature is said to be its opening to public as beta.

  • Hangouts on your phone
  • Hangouts On Air
  • Screensharing
  • Sketchpad
  • Google Docs
  • Named Hangouts
  • Hangouts APIs
  • Search in Google+
  • Anyone can sign up for Google+ no invitation required
