Internet Radio Application now available for Nokia N9 [Download]

Internet Radio is the application for Nokia device since very long and has been available on most of the Symbian devices at Nokia Store. The same has now been provided for Nokia N9, MeeGo Platform. We have been seeing progress in development of the utility and really useful apps for Nokia N9. Internet Radio was missing when I personally searched for it earlier but now it’s great that Nokia officially has released the application for Nokia N9 with probably the same back end of the Nokia Internet Radio service which is serving for other Nokia devices. However Nokia N9 is not added to the service list but is available to download from Nokia Store.

With no surprise, amongst various regions, Pakistan is listed in the radio channels directory with 56 radio stations. As said the service on the back end probably is the same as it’s always been there for other Nokia devices so most of the stations should be listed in Nokia N9 if the streaming codecs match the requirement of Nokia N9. As Internet Radio service by Nokia hasn’t yet listed Nokia N9 in their list so it isn’t sure which stations will be listed in Nokia N9 depending on what codecs.

No mater which stations will be missing but mostly should be listed in Nokia N9 as the service supports most common codecs. So do not read much and head over to download Internet Radio for your Nokia N9.
