Well there is no second opinion that it’s the era of social networking which helps more the companies and brands making their social presence to get involved with public and specially their fans who also like to stay in touch with their favorite brands. Nokia, as a parent entity as well as their regional entities, were having the social presence since a few years but I always wondered about Nokia Pakistan as they were not into social media “apparently”.
By saying “apparently” means that they were not like putting stuff onto Facebook or Twitter and interacting with their fans or followers on the behalf of a single official page. But they actually were in touch with public and even were having a great public relations (specially online). But now like other brands and companies (e.g. Samsung Pakistan, Dell Pakistan, HTC Pakistan etc.) Nokia Pakistan will also interact with their customers and fans on the facebook or twitter.
