Samsung seems to be bringing 64GB variant of its super famous Galaxy SIII smartphone as expected. It will be addition to the earlier existing 16GB and 32GB variants. €799 (approximately $1036) is the listing price of the device on Italian stores ePrice (translated) and Marcopolo (translated).
Unfortunately the release of the device is supposed to be the region specific and it will not be available worldwide. Even though the listing is confirmed according to engadget, Samsung UK and USA have not yet confirmed if the 64GB edition will be coming to the said regions.
