Nokia Lumia 625 Announced – Small Budget Phone with 4.7″ Display

After being in rumors for quite a few weeks Nokia Lumia 625 has now been officially announced. The biggest Lumia smartphone is measuring 4.7″ screen but it’s a budget phone with supporting only WVGA resolution of 800x480px leaving you with much room of soft edges of text and drawings. This device goes directly with the opponents from Samsung and HTC, the ATIV S and TITAN respectively.

Supporting Windows Phone 8, 4.7 inch WVGA @ 201ppi with Sunlight Readability Enhancement, High Brightness Mode, Color Enhancement and Super Sensitive Touch, 2000 mAh battery, 1.2GHz, Dual Core processor, 5MP Autofocus camera, LED flash ,1080p@30fps, VGA front facing camera, 512MB of RAM and 8GB internal storage with support for up to 64GB SD card, Nokia Lumia 625 is the biggest in size but budget phone from Nokia which is almost seen already in the recent leaks.

The Nokia Lumia 625 will be available in orange, yellow, bright green, white and black. Inter-changeable shells also available for personalisation. The estimated retail price is 220 Euros excluding any taxes and/or subsidies. Nokia Lumia 625 is set to begin selling in China, Europe, Asia Pacific, India, Middle East (may be Pakistan as well), Africa and Latin America in Q3 2013.
