Nokia offers a free Lumia to the user whose Samsung Galaxy S4 caught fire – That’s fanning the flames.

A few days ago Samsung Galaxy S4 user Ghostly Rich  posted a video on youtube proving and explaining how his Galaxy S4 caught fire while charging overnight on the request by Samsung that they require a proof. However the Korean phone manufacturer offered him another similar model of the smartphone on the condition that he’ll remove the video and will be solely responsible for his replacement phone.

What goes behind with the customer and the Korean manufacturer is another story which still has not been in favour of the customer and rather started the whole new discussion on the blogosphere. Well right in between when Ghostly Rich was sharing his incident and uncooperative response from Samsung on twitter, NokiaUS took the right time to get in and offer the him a free Nokia Lumia while suggesting that how a customer service should really work.

Well the discussion went on in tweets following the above one but there has not been any news yet if the Finnish manufacturer made the customer happy with a new Nokia Lumia. However Ghostly Rich has asked the company about a specific Lumia model and disclosed about his carrier later with no more responses from Nokia publicly after they went on email and direct messaging conversation.

We’ll update the story about how a customer would be satisfied.
