It’s being reportedly believed that the distributors with Nokia in Indonesia are ready to sell Nokia X aka Nokia Normandy, supposedly a Nokia Android phone in the country right after its announcements in the upcoming Mobile World Congress 2014 event.
After appearing on the Indonesian Postel website, the guys from Nokianesiablog picked up the listing of Nokia RM-980 (recently known as Nokia X or Nokia Normandy) which reflects the fact that the distributors have printed their certificates for selling the listed devices in the county. It may be believed that once the said device is launched, sooner the distributors in Indonesia will started selling them.
It’s already been expected that the Nokia X would launch at the upcoming Mobile World Congress that just a day ahead now. However there’s been a few reports already concerning about the Nokia’s Android phone. We have below the reported specs of Nokia X with the fully custom Android on it with Nokia’s proprietary services including HERE maps where you won’t have any built-in access to the Google’s services and/or apps.
Nokia X also known as Nokia Normandy is being supposed to be launched at the upcoming Mobile World Congress 2014 and is being expected to be as cheap as less than $100.
We are also really keeping our eyes on what exactly Nokia is bringing up on MWC this year. We also believe that if it’s anything else than an Android phone then a big disappointment it’s gonna give to the consumers who are attentionly waiting for it to be released actually only for being an Android phone by their all time favorite phone manufacturer. 24th Feb is just a day ahead now, let’s see what Nokia has for its consumers.
Here Nokia Pakistan‘s facebook page is also making its fans ready for something where most of them are waiting for an Android phone. So that’s really a big thing we think it’s gonna be for their fans but only if it’s an Android phone. Being an Android smartphone user, I can say here in Pakistan Nokia X aka Nokia Normandy (with Android inside) will give real competition to the low-end Android phones by local manufacturers (e.g. Q Mobile) as well as like other global manufacturers (e.g. Samsung).
