Nokia XL – Unboxing and The First Look

Along with the Nokia X, the Finnish manufacturer also announced the Nokia X+ and Nokia XL. Till date Nokia X+ is still not present in Pakistan. We have reviewed the cheapest Nokia X in detail and now here we have the Nokia XL in hands for review but first have a session with Unboxing the device.

We have already covered the official launch of Nokia XL in Pakistan as well as a quick hands-on with the device was published if you haven’t missed. Anyhow, we have got that Nokia XL and while we are up to a detail review of the device we are taking it out of the box. Yes! It’s the unboxing session.

What’s different from the Nokia X?

A little overview of the Nokia XL is better to have before the unboxing. If you have checked out our Nokia X review, you would be familiar with the the idea of what Nokia XL could bring up for you. What the difference is, namely the large screen as 5 inches, better rear-facing camera as well as added the front-facing camera, a slightly more RAM and finally the bigger battery.

Now let’s start with the the box, what other stuff we get along with the Nokia XL. But first, the packaging is the first impression we got that was much different than the traditional Nokia blue box. The Nokia XL comes with a white box instead, having colourful Nokia XL devices printed on it. Prominent features are also listed on the package and the same drawer based pack it is.

Other stuff include the user guide, a travel charger with microUSB connector, stereo earphones and the battery.

Package Content

  • Nokia XL Dual SIM (device)
  • Micro USB Charger AC-20
  • Nokia Battery BN-02 2000 mAh
  • Nokia Stereo Headset WH-108
  • Quick guide

That’s it. Like with Nokia X, we again don’t get a USB data/connectivity cable with the Nokia XL.

About the device you can get more idea by looking at the following closer photos.

Checkout the specifications of Nokia XL. Or as usual, you can ask questions about Nokia XL and we’ll try to answer them in our full review of Nokia XL.
