Microsoft has confirmed as the latest Lumia software update “Lumia Denim” has started rolling out to Lumia devices running Windows Phone 8.1.
The roll-out has started currently to the limited number of devices in selected markets and will continue arriving to other devices as well. The wider roll-out of the software update is expected to begin in early January which will reach out to all Lumia devices running Windows Phone 8.1.
To receive the Lumia Denim software update, make sure you have Lumia Cyan already installed on your device.
The Lumia Denim software update has been released to the users in several countries or regions in Europe, China and Middle East – more detail after the break. In Pakistan users owning Lumia 525 should have started receiving the Lumia update right now.

For the owners of the Lumia 830, Lumia 930, Lumia Icon, and Lumia 1520, there are a load of new imaging innovations coming, those include:
A faster and more intuitive Lumia Camera app. The app will deliver images of the highest quality at the fastest speed, allowing you to capture multiple photos with just milliseconds between shots.
Moment Capture. This feature provides the quickest and easiest way to capture memories in high definition. A long press of the camera button automatically starts 4K-quality video recording at 24 frames per second. With each frame at 8.3 megapixels, you can save individual frames as high-quality still images. Due to hardware differences, Lumia 830 shoots Moment Capture in Full HD, not 4K, and with reduced 2-megapixel per frame quality.
Rich Capture. This simplifies picture taking with auto HDR, Dynamic Flash and Dynamic Exposure. Avoid the hassle of adjusting camera settings and focus on capturing the moment: Shoot first, edit and select the perfect shot later.
Latest imaging algorithms. Capture even crisper photos in daylight or low light, with our latest generation of imaging processing algorithms.
According to the Microsoft’s support page, Lumia Denim software update has been rolled-out to (or available in) selected regions in Africa, Asia Pacific, Europe, Latin America, Middle East.
Lumia 525 is currently the only one in Pakistan has started receiving the Lumia Denim software update. Others have to wait. While none of the Lumia devices in North America has yet received the latest Lumia software update.

I was reading somewhere that Lumia Denim won't make it to the Lumia 920. Is it true? :-(
I didn't hear that... Where did you?. Doesn't make sense anyway.. Every other Lumia including 520 is getting this update then why not 920?
Read somewhere, maybe Verge or Engadget. 920 is the oldest so probably due to that.
may be... but it's still way ahead of its low-budget series such as Lumia 52x

Denim bring on-screen / off-screen gestures?
not sure. I didn't hear about it in Denim software core. They created another app for that "Gestures" currently in beta. but that also currently brings some off-screen motion gestures....

Lumia Denim has already rolled out to Lumia 530 in Pakistan. Check you settings if you have automatic updates turned on. Or check for the updates manually. However the delay varies from device to device.
