Lumia 950 XL – Alleged leaked images appeared

Lumia 950 along with its XL counter part has been in speculations for a few days with the specifications and features. The rumors have been securing their credibility with the new leaked images to be as alleged Lumia 950 XL.

The images have come through the popular Chinese forums WPXAP. The devices shown in the images are prototypes which just could not stay calm in the responsible hands and got leaked through.

Some reports tell that the images are not fake to be around a while and Microsoft has been in works with their new flagship phones.

According to previous information, Lumia 950 will be sporting a 5.2 inch WQHD 1440p OLED display, Snapdragon 808 Hexa-core CPU, 3GB RAM, 32GB internal storage with micros SD card expansion, 20MP main camera, 5MP front facing camera, 3000mAh battery. While Qi wireless charging and IRIS scanner will also be featured as well as USB Type-C connectivity with the codename Talkman.

On the other hand Lumia 950 XL was supposed to be featuring larger 5.7 inch OLED display with the same WQHD resolution of 1440×2560 pixels. This model will be powered by Snapdragon 810 chipset with Octa-core CPU and 3GB of RAM. 32GB of internal storage extendable with micro SD card. 20MP rear camera and 5MP front facing camera will also be the same.

Codenamed as Cityman, Lumia 950 XL will be backed up with a 3300mAh battery which will be removable. This will also be shipped with wireless charging and USB Type-C connectivity.

It’s expected, that Microsoft will be launching their flagship smartphones running Windows 10 later this year. While the software giant has already lost its third place in sales of devices to Huawei, we are expecting them to bring some really good contenders in the market.

With their latest Windows 10 mobile OS, Microsoft really needs to build some good hardware to attract the consumer base who once inspired the Nokia’s designs.
