Infinix Mobility has been so active in Pakistan with the availability of its latest smartphones in the country at budget prices. The most recent update is that the company has now partnered with Advance Telecom to start sale on their retail store – Advance Store.
Infinix, like in other regions where it operates, had only ‘factory-to-consumer’ business model in Pakistan where consumers buy their products from online stores such as daraz.pk to reduce final cost of the phone. The company has sold a few of their smartphones online in Pakistan including Infinix Hot Note, Zero 2 and Hot 2. Most recent announcement was 6″ Note 2 with LTE connectivity.
The company has not yet revealed about their revenue in the country, but this update hints that they are doing really well in the country. Hence the physical presence in retail outlets may help them increase their sale graph as with no-doubt they have quality in their devices. This may also increase prices of their smartphones a bit considering the distribution costs.
As daraz.pk is already taking requests for pre-orders of the upcoming Note 2, we believe that Infinix will continue selling online along with the physical retail stores. As for now, the company is making their smartphones and accessories available at retail outlets as listed after the break.
Following the availability in physical retail stores, it’s also expected that Infinix Mobility will open customer support centers in major cities across Pakistan. A service center is already open in Karachi.
Right now we have our service center in Karachi only but we will be expanding our service centers nationwide very soon.
This will indeed be helpful for their customers to have satisfying purchase with after sale service which will come with warranty claim options. It’s to note, daraz.pk was also handling warranty claims for Infinix devices as suggested by their product pages, however we are not sure how much satisfying that is, to consumers.
Customers can buy Infinix smartphones and accessories from following 9 locations currently in 6 cities while the company has plans to expand availability in more locations.
