TCS, Pakistan’s leading courier delivery service, launched its Temperature Controlled Delivery service countrywide under the name TCS Cool Control.
The launch in Lahore was preceded by the inauguration of a similar service in Karachi last week.
The service will be part of the full spectrum cold chain solution system, providing customized transport solutions. The operation of this logistics solution system will include temperature controlled warehousing and transportation, ice pack boxes for air shipment and emergency protocols for safety of goods, etc.
To provide the best possible tracking of shipments, a complete real-time solution will be provided to consignees. Customers can check shipments through round the clock satellite tracking which will be available through the tracking portal web and or their mobile app for instant access.
The product range for transportation will include life-saving drugs, exotic fruits and vegetables, cut flowers and other temperature sensitive products.
TCS will guarantee that the products will be cared for through the damage prevention measures taken for the service. TCS representatives consider this as yet another frontier conquered in terms of ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.
