Samsung’s Unpacked 2016 event is all set at MWC to unveil the upcoming Galaxy S7 and its Edge counterpart, here we have the leaked images of the said devices accurately taken from almost every angle.
The pictures show both the Galaxy S7 and its curved sibling Galaxy S7 Edge, with 5.1 inch and the 5.5 inch displays respectively. Like previous models, these two also appear to have the metal-and-glass design with plastic antenna stripes and of course the speaker grille.
The leaked photos also reveal that Samsung still didn’t use the USB Type-C port and instead shipping the upcoming device with the micro USB port. The headphone jack is on the bottom like before and SIM card tray is on the top.
It is also claimed that the phones in subject support an “always-on” display feature, which is supposed to deliver and show notifications on the screen when it’s not on. Check out the video below.
Another paper ad suggests that the Galaxy S7 and S7 edge will cost EUR 699 and EUR 799 respectively while both the devices will hit the shelves on March 11.
As there’s nothing official yet but the above is most likely to be what you will see in few hours from Samsung’s Unpacked event which starts at February 21st 11:00 PM PKT.
