Huawei to launch P9 and P9 Plus in Pakistan during the last week of April

Recently announced one of the most anticipated smartphones this year, the Huawei P9, is reportedly being launched in Pakistan as soon as before the month of April ends.

According to our sources, the company has its plans to launch the Huawei P9 and P9 Plus in Pakistan during the last week of April. We have a “specific date” – unconfirmed yet, that we won’t disclose now however we’ll soon tell it once confirmed. The pre-bookings are also going to start in a day or two.

If you missed last week, the Chinese manufacturer announced the Huawei P9 and P9 Plus that they built in collaboration with Leica camera specializing the phone in photography department featuring the dual-camera configuration to produce more healthier and detailed images out of it regardless of light sensitivity.

On the back of the devices there are two 12MP camera modules (the dual camera), one of them is the RGB module that captures color while the other one is the monochrome unit that takes black & white shot to produce more image detail in the final shot. Both of the units, in combined effort, deliver more detail, depth and color even in low-light conditions.

Both the cameras feature Leica lenses – Summarit H, having f/2.2 aperture with 27mm equivalent field of view. Deploying on Huawei’s Hybrid Focus technology, the autofocus in P9 relies on laser, contrast and depth of field. There is also a dual-LED flash along side the dual-camera lenses to help in dark conditions. The camera however misses the optical image stabilization (OIS).
