DxO, the camera scientists and experts, have put their RAW image processing software – DxO OpticsPro 9 for free until the month March starts.
Well it’s a promotion for photographers and studio runners and if you are the one, you really should go ahead and get the offer during the running month before it ends. What’s not good is that the software lacks support for the latest cameras and lenses as well as the features you will have in OpticsPro 11.
To get the offer, visit the promotion page for OpticsPro 9 and provide with your email address. That’s it; you will receive an email containing a link to download the DxO OpticsPro 9 along with the activation code. This free license, even though gives you an elite version, doesn’t provide updates to the software. You will have to use this software as you download it.
For any reason, like to have support for your most recent cameras, if you ever want to upgrade, you will need to buy a new license for the latest version of OpticsPro.
While the DxO OpticsPro 9 is pretty old version and doesn’t support most recent cameras but still there is a plenty of cameras that you must be using. Checkout the full list of supported cameras here.
Note: Above compatible versions are only which officially supported by the software, however the software should technically work on later versions as well such as Windows 10.
