The rumor mill is indicating about the upcoming device from the lineup which introduced the term “phablet”. It’s Samsung Galaxy Note 8 which according to the latest rumor is going to be a mixture of the ill-fated Galaxy Note 7 of last year and the newest Galaxy S8.
A series of renders have been published by BGR which are alleged to be of upcoming Galaxy Note 8. The renders showcase the pioneer phablet phone in all its profile sides as shown above in the featured image.
The render reveals a pretty much similar design of the Galaxy Note 7 with adding the curved edges and reduced bezels on the top and bottom more resembles the recent Galaxy S8. A physical home button is also not visible on the front. Other profile images reveal a 3.5mm audio jack a USB-C port while there is also a slot for the S Pen which sure is a signature element of Samsung Note series.
But hold-on, do not take them as the official images from Samsung leaked into jungle. They are just the mock-ups designed by a case manufacturer Ghostek that, according to rumor, has seen actual factory schematics.
Reading the render closely, it appears that Samsung will add dual-camera on the back, a fingerprint scanner placed besides the cameras again on the back.
This leak indeed seems to be some closer to the official product however first impression on these images doesn’t quite pay well to be true. You must take this design only as a reference as where the things could be placed and until the Galaxy Note 8 is officially announced on August 23rd.
