My Zong App now allows users to buy Zong products online

Zong 4G, in order to cater to the evolving needs of the customers, has upgraded its My Zong App to allow them buy Zong products online.

The updated App features have been introduced while keeping customers’ convenience in mind and deliver seamless experience for its valued users. With the new version of My Zong App, the users will be able to discover additional features of ordering the 4G enabled smartphones and Mobile Broadband (MBB) devices to be delivered at their doorstep free of cost.

The online order feature is easy and offers the convenience of shopping online simply on a few clicks through the App. In addition, users can also activate international roaming service and bundles to ensure connectivity on-the-go for travelers.

Moreover, customers can also view their call, SMS and data usage through the widget, setting it on the home screen of their Android smartphones, while also activating bundles through an array of options available to suit their pockets.

The app also allows users to navigate through an array of “Exclusive offers” menu to avail great bundles available nowhere else but on My Zong App. Users can also share real-time feedback and enable a free flow of communication to address any grievances they might be facing through the “Zong Survey” feature.
