PHANTOM V Fold 5G and V Flip 5G launched in Pakistan – Price, Features and Availability

In a remarkable event held at Lahore Fort on October 27th, TECNO Mobile’s premium sub-brand, PHANTOM, unveiled two high-end smartphones, the PHANTOM V Fold 5G and the PHANTOM V Flip 5G, setting a new standard for luxury in the Pakistani smartphone market.

The PHANTOM V Fold 5G and V Flip 5G combine top-tier features, cutting-edge technology, and innovative design, providing users with a “high-end, yet practical and user-friendly” smartphone experience.

Display Features

The PHANTOM V Fold features a main screen of 7.85-inch (unfolded) along with the outer screen of 6.42-inch (folded). The main screen has a 2K+ resolution of 2296×2000 pixels as well as the secondary  outer screen has a FHD+ 1080×2550 resolution.

The PHANTOM V Flip on the other hand has a main screen of 6.9-inch (unflipped) and a secondary screen of 1.32-inch on the cover. The main screen has a FHD+ resolution of 2640×1080 pixels while the secondary screen has only 466×466 pixels resolution.

Processor and Memory

PHANTOM V Fold is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 9000+ chipset with 8 cores processor clocked up to 3.2GHz and a Arm Mali-G710 MC10 GPU. The phone comes with 12GB of RAM and offers two internal storage options of 256GB or 512GB.

PHANTOM V Flip is powered by a MTK Dimensity 8050 chipset with 8 cores processor clocked up to 3.0GHz and a Arm Mali-G77 MC9 GPU. The phone comes in single configuration of 8GB RAM and 256GB internal storage.

Camera Specifications

The Fold model features a three cam package. The main camera has a 50MP, f/1.85, 7P lens, AF support. Another 50MP unit is a telephoto cam while another 13MP ultra-wide angle camera. There are two separate front cameras – a 16MP camera on main screen and a 32MP camera on the outer screen.

The PHANTOM V Flip has dual- camera setup with 64MP main and 13MP ultra-wide angle camera. The Flip only has a single 32MP front camera on main screen.

Battery Capacity and Charging

Both the phones offer 45-watt fast charging whereas the Fold has 5000mAh battery capacity while the Flip only has 4000mAh battery.

Availability and Pricing:

The PHANTOM V Fold 5G comes in two color options of Black and White. The V Flip 5G also comes in two color options of Mystic Dawn and Iconic Black. Both the devices are now available for pre-order at Alfa Mall and Daraz, with the pre-booking window open until November 7th. Pricing wise, PHANTOM V Fold 5G will cost you Rs. 329,999 and the PHANTOM V Flip 5G is retailed at Rs. 199,999.
