I recently found that some very new users of Nokia N8. Who newly purchased Nokia N8, were complaining about the bad results of photos/pictures taken by their Nokia N8, specially when shooting indoor with Flash. In short to the problem and solution, the issue is not actually with the device itself but it’s the protective film applied on the camera. A single protective film applied both on the Lens and the Flash actually causes the glare on the pictures when you take pictures with Flash turned on. The protective film actually absorbs the flash light inside it which interferes right on the time when the pictures are shot.
So the simple solution is that you have to take the protective film off the camera on back. And try again.
Just for your reference to differentiate the results I am just posting the pictures below taken with both the protective film on and then taking it off.
