Yes you can now go to Opera Mobile site from your phone’s browser or from your PC and download the latest version of Opera Mobile and Opera Mini. They are now compatible with Symbain Belle.
As well the latest Opera Mobile and Opera Mini has an improved integration with split-screen keyboard in Symbian Anna.

The Opera Mobile team is happy to announce an updated version of Opera Mobile 11.1 for Symbian.
In this release we added support for brand new Symbian Belle devices and improved integration with half-screen keyboard on phones running Symbian Anna.
We hope that Skype will also release a version compatible to Symbian Belle soon.
