At Barcelona, Nokia didn’t only bring Monster PureView to the show, a new Windows Phone smartphone was also introduced from the Lumia family. Being the low-end affordable Windows Phone, Nokia Lumia 610 features the lowest hardware ever found in any Windows Phone based device. The device includes an 800MHz processor, 256MB of RAM, and a 5 Megapixel camera. Lumia 610 is supposed to run Windows Phone 7.5 (Tango) specially optimized for lower-end of hardware specifications.

Lumia 610 will be priced at just 189 euros and will be released in Q2 2012.

Notably the features like Bing Local Scout and automatic SkyDrive uploads will not be available on Lumia 610. This is due to the limit on the amount of background data exchange.
