The first featured screen is actually one of the three swipe-able screens other two are the history and favorites lists. That is really a cool thing to have with such a quick browsing experience.
As told already, kinetic scrolling is also available on the browser, two zoom levels and compression techniques are also implemented for less data usage.
Overall experience with this browser was not that good but for its own class, it was appreciable.
Windup and Final Verdict
I’ll finish it up here and let you make a decision in an easy way. In a straight answer I would say that Nokia Asha 303 could be one of the handsets which you will have shortlisted to select one from. In fact it can also be among the top listed in its class.
Class means, there are a few others currently in highlights e.g. the similar Nokia X2-01, Samsung Chat (Ch@t) etc. Among them Asha 303 really stands out with all its messaging, email and social features.
If still waiting for an answer like “Yes” or “No” then I’ll say “Yes”, Asha 303 is really up against many of its class and if you don’t really want to go for high-end smartphones for any reason then Asha 303 is no lesser than better to serve you with a bunch of smart features and functions.
