Globally announced with the largest screen in family Lumia 625 has now been officially announced in Pakistan. Nokia Pakistan has sent over a press release with the announcement of the bigger & budget Lumia smartphone in Pakistan. It stands in the mid-range category according to price point costing an estimated retail price Rs. 29,950/-

The announcement collaborates with the network carrier Telenor in Pakistan facilitating its customers with the offer of 2 months free internet on the purchase of the smartphone.

Most prominent features include of Nokia Lumia 625 include

  • 4.7 inch IPS LCD with resolution of 800 x 480 pixel,
  • Display resolution density is 201 ppi. featured with Corning Glass 2 protected screen.
  • 1.2 GHZ Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Dual Core Processor
  • 512 MB of RAM
  • 8GB Internal Memory
  • 64GB SD Card Support
  • GPS, Bluetooth 4.0 , WiFi and LTE 4G support (LTE/4G not yet in Pakistan)
  • 5MP Primary camera while VGA resolution from Front facing camera.
  • 23.9 hours talk time, 90 hrs music playback, 6.8 hrs video playback.

The smartphone will be available five colours including orange, yellow, bright green, white and black with an array of changeable shells enabling easy personalization.

Nokia Pakistan specifically mentioned in the press release about the app quantity in the Windows Phone store including a few of the most used apps Vimeo, Temple Run and WhatsApp.

With access to more than 165,000 apps including Vimeo, Temple Run and WhatsApp, Nokia Lumia 625 offers an incredible social experience along with SD memory card support which allows up to 64GB of additional content storage.

Recently announced Nokia Lumia 925 in Pakistan and now following the Lumia 625 leave behind only the Nokia Lumia 1020 to be introduced in Pakistan. We hope to hear about that soon.
