Nokia Normandy – More Appearances of Nokia’s supposedly Android Phone

The latest update on an Android phone from the Finish manufacturer is the press renders of Nokia Normandy supposedly being a custom version of Android presenting the screen layout of Windows Phone 8’s metro UI with tile icons.

There is seriously no clue of a confirmed Android OS running behind this layout as presenting with a single soft key “<” and no on-screen Android key with the layout. But as the rumors go with a fact that Nokia would be making a custom version of Android, then it could be possible with any interface they introduce with it.

An other recent update on Nokia Normandy was the prototype device running with an interface that is purely different from any existing user interfaces on any platform.

What could you think of the above layout? Here is our one input that if it could be another upgraded version of Asha platform with heavily changed interface and Metro UI like tile icons or something instead of an Android device with a single key that is more similar to the already existing Asha platform.

What is your put on it? Do comment below and let us know about your opinion. As faster the updates on the said device are being pushed on the blogosphere, we hope there is really something like it to be introduced from the Finish manufacturer in near future.
