LeTV, a Chinese company, has just started teasing with a smartphone which is referred to have the recently announced Snapdragon 820 processor.

It’s just unexpectedly much earlier than it actually will be available. Qualcomm has just announced its new chip Snapdragon 820 a week ago and is expected to be shipped in first half of 2016 while a Chinese company already seems to be working up.

The above teaser image was taken from the LeTV’s facebook fan page which only shows a render of a smartphone with a square block in the middle labeled 820 suggesting that it could be a Snapdragon 820 processor inside as appearing just a few days later than the Snapdragon 820 was announced.

If you are not familiar with company named LeTV making smartphones – it’s the company been operating in entertainment, video streaming and production. Its core business is not making phones, yet the company has expanded as well as making electric cars. Of course making phones today is the most prominent job to show presence and the company has recently sold one million smartphones in just three months breaking records.

LeTV has currently three models of their smartphones which are Le 1 starts from 1,499 yuan (or ~$235), Le 1 Pro starts from 2,499 yuan (or ~$390), and Le Max starts from 2,999 yuan (or ~$470) on the LeMall.

Teasing about a new Ultimate phone powered by Snapdragon 820, the company actually appears willing to expand phone business faster than we can expect. As the Snapdragon 820 is the latest processor from Qualcomm built up with the most advanced technologies including GPU and Spectra dual-ISP which will start appearing in smartphones not until next year, 2016.

Looking at the other Chinese phone makers appearing to sell in Pakistani market, we believe Le smartphones will not take longer to reach.
