While Samsung is holding its IFA 2016 press conference on September 1st, the company has revealed that it will launch its upcoming Gear S3 smartwatch on August 31st.
Previously Samsung’s IFA 2016 presence was expected to cover the launch of Gear S3 but according to recent invitation by Samsung, the Gear S3 will be launched on August 31st just a day before IFA 2016.
Samsung also posted on their twitter with a small round-the-clock animation with a teasing alert saying “Stay tuned for a timely innovation. August 31. Berlin”

Samsung has already launched Galaxy Note 7 this earlier this month along with the new Gear VR. The new Gear S3 smartwatch will be next iteration of the predecessor Gear S2 this year.
