Moto M now available in Pakistan for 30k – JBL MotoMod free with Moto Z

Looks like the high prices of recently launched Moto Z smartphone in Pakistan have already started biting the local distributors  as the company is now offering a free JBL Soundboost moto mod with the purchase of standard Moto Z smartphone.

Launched last week, Lenovo Pakistan offered a wide range of Moto Mods along with the Moto Z smartphone in Pakistan. JBL Soundboost was also among those and cost Rs. 12,500/- separately. But now you get this stereo speaker mod for free when you buy Moto Z smartphone.

Moto Z is currently available in black or gold colors for Rs. 75,000. The free JBL mod packs with two speakers – 3 watts each and provides stereo sound when attached to any Moto Z smartphone. It weighs 145 grams including a built-in dedicated 1000 mAh battery with 10 hours battery life. The mod charges at 1 ampere and 5 watt. The speakers produce 80 dBSPL sound at 0,5 m.

Moto M – A new mid-range offering

While Lenovo only launched the high-end Moto Z devices last week, the company has also put a mid-range Moto M smartphone on sale for PKR. 29,999/-

Moto M features a 5.5 inch IPS display with full HD resolution of 1920×1080 pixels. The phone is powered by MediaTek Helio P10 chipset with an octa-core processor. The phone has another variant with a slightly improved chip Helio P15 in India, we not sure what piece of hardware is available in Pakistan right now.

The unibody metal built mid-range offering in the country has a 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage with expandable memory via microSD card slot. The phone comes with a 16 megapixel rear camera and 8 megapixel front-facing camera. Running on Android 6 Marshmallow the phone supporst 4G/LTE connectivity with 3050mAh battery.
