After launching in Dubai last month, Infinix Mobility has launched its latest flagship smartphone, Infinix Zero 5 in Pakistan. The mid-range flagship with dual-camera and 6GB RAM is now available for PKR. 28,299/-
Like always the company made its flagship’s availability through the online retailer. Right now the Zero 5 is exclusively available from Daraz.pk.
Key Features
The metal built Infinix Zero 5 features 5.98-inch screen with IPS display and full HD resolution of 1920×1080 pixels. The pixel density is 368ppi and the screen is protected by a 2.5D curved Gorilla Glass 3. According to Infinix the Zero 5 produces 85% NTSC color gamut and 500 nits brightness at maximum.
While the phone features a dual-camera setup like many others now, it still leverages the old bigger bezels on top and bottom of the screen.
The phone is powered by MediaTek Helio P25 MT6757 chipset featuring an octa-core processor and a massive 6 GB of RAM. This is a really attractive deal for a mid-range flagship phone. The phone features 64 GB of internal storage with the option to expand up to 128GB via micro SD card.
Running Android 7 Nougat, the Dual-SIM Zero 5 is backed up by a 4350 mAh battery. Company’s mod XOS is the user interface that you will have on Zero 5 right out of the box. What’s more is the fingerprint scanner, USB Type-C connectivity, 4G/LTE supports VoLTE.
Dual-Camera
It’s the phone from Infinix which sports a dual-camera setup. It features a dual-camera on the back with a pair of 12MP and a 13MP camera. Former is standard wide angle camera with f/2.0 lens aperture while the latter one is a telephoto unit with f/2.6 lens aperture.
The camera features 2x optical zoom and works with multiple frames for noise reduction. For instance, It quickly takes multiple shots and combine them to reduce noise. Infinix claims that it will “ensure perfect shots even when taking pictures at night”.
Pricing and Availability
Infinix Zero 5 is priced PKR 28,299/- in Pakistan for 64GB model (available from Daraz.pk) which is much literally cheaper than the launch price in India last month. The phone is available in Sandstone Black, Champagne Gold and Bordeaux Red color.
Zero 5 also has a Pro model with 128GB storage but has not yet launched in Pakistan. Expect the phone to launch around PKR ~32,000/-
