Samsung announced its latest Galaxy A series models for the year 2018 with more high-end looks and features. The new Galaxy A8 and A8+ will be featuring the larger Infinity Display with a dual-camera on the front.

However the smaller sibling will be offered only with 4GB of RAM while the larger one will give two options to choose from – 4GB or 6GB RAM. New models will have a microSD card slot too for memory expansion.

Samsung has featured two selfie cameras on the front working together as dual-camera configuration of 16MP fixed-focus camera and an 8MP unit with bright lens aperture of f/1.9. The selfie camera will have a simulated bokeh effect, Samsung calls it Live Focus. You can use it to adjust background blur prior to or after taking a shot. A 16-megapixel rear camera is even brighter with f/1.7 lens aperture and has PDAF image sensor.
