Samsung has launched its mid-range smartphone Galaxy A9 in Pakistan. However it will sell at a pretty heavy price tag of PKR 99,999/-
A smartphone carrying just a mid-range processor could cost you that much? you never knew that but it’s rather easy to compare two smartphones when they are tagged with the same price but feature very different components and hardware. Yes I am talking about another smartphone recently announced and hints the same price tag, with dual-display and flagship processor paired with 10GB of RAM – Vivo Nex 2.
Galaxy A9 features a Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 processor and 6GB of RAM with 128GB of internal storage. It features a large 6.3-inch AMOLED display and 3800 mAh battery power. The most prominent thing the phone has is the quad rear-cameras. So this is the world’s first smartphone to carry four cameras on its back.
The quad-camera on the back of the phone features an 8MP Ultra Wide camera, a 10MP Telephoto Camera and a 5MP Depth Camera in addition to the main 24MP Main Camera. The 8MP Ultra Wide Camera offers a 120º view that helps capture a vast landscape while the 10MP Telephoto Camera allows you to use 2x optical zoom.
In addition, the 5MP Depth Camera adjusts the depth of field, blurring out the background to deliver quality, professionally touched photos. Combined with the main 24MP Main Camera, the smartphone captures a high-resolution shot with different detail levels.
The Samsung Galaxy A9 is now available across the country at a price of PKR 99,999/-
