HMD’s MWC Teaser shows a Nokia phone with Punch-Hole Display

Nokia MWC 2019

HMD Global has already disclosed about its presence-to-be at MWC next month. The company has not officially mentioned about the products it’s going to announce, however it has disclosed the date that is February 24th.

Many have shown their reservations about the way Juho Sarvikas announced the date in not-so-funny excitement on Twitter. But now it seems the company has also prepared to roll out a formal and official teasers.

Two of the teasers have just gone out in the wild hinting about – not one but – two separate devices to be announced at MWC. We already have an idea about flagship camera phone coming from the brand, known as Nokia 9 PureView.

The teaser on the left hints about the flagship, Nokia 9 with five cameras. The other teaser on the right comes just as surprise to have a corner-stoned camera.

If you look closely, the second teaser shows the front of a phone with a chin at the bottom with “Nokia” branding. However no such bezel is noticeable on the top side referring the cornered camera to be a punch-hole selfie camera in the display.

While the company may announce an entry-level Nokia 1 Plus at the MWC next month in addition to the flagship Nokia 9, should we expect another mid-ranger along? What if we consider about the Nokia 8.1 Plus yet-unannounced but been appeared in unofficial renders leaks? These renders were exclusively shared by the leakster @OnLeaks earlier this month.

There’s only a month ahead before you see anything from the company. However you can just assume that the company, which has not impressed at its launch events since its inception, might impress now with these devices.
