Huawei has launched the P30 and P30 Pro smartphones today in Paris. Both the phones bring a lot of new tech and features in photogrpahy
The new P30 Pro has a new 5x optical zoom lens that goes up to 10x hybrid zoom, which is an engineering achievement in and of itself. It can further be used for 50x digital zoom.
On the back there is still a 40MP main camera but underneath there is a completely new and large sensor. There is also a fourth time-of-flight camera in P30 Pro for even better and improved portrait shots with more realistic bokeh effect.
The standard P30, on the other hand, features triple-camera setup on the back. However both of the phones have 32MP front facing cameras.
Huawei has priced the the premium P30 Pro at €999 for 8GB/128GB configuration, or €1,099 for 8GB/256GB, or €1,249 for 8GB/512GB memory configuration. The Huawei P30 on the other hand is priced at €799 for single 6GB RAM option with 128GB storage.
