Vivo has started teasing with the launch date of its upcoming Vivo X27 smartphone which is supposed to carry a pop-up camera. The phone will be launched in China on March 19th.
At weibo – the local Chinese community, Vivo announced the launch date. Skipping the name “X25”, the company told that the new X27 will succeed to the last year’s Vivo X23.
Recently we have seen the phone go through different rumors and leaks including the most recent TENNA listing. The listing also revealed some major features of the phone which include triple-camera system on the back. It’s a 48MP rear camera paired with a 13MP and 5MP.
With the date, Vivo also included the illustration of the phone with no notch on the display, suggesting that the phone will have a pop-up selfie camera. It’s not just a hint, as the phone has already been appeared in a local TV show in China.
In other reports the phone is suggested to feature 3920mAh battery. Without knowing the processor, the X27 may carry 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage.
With the looks in the show and the features on the horizon, it’s most likely to be an even higher model of the recently launched Vivo V15 Pro.
The Chinese smartphone maker has not only been making so many unusual and unique smartphone features. The company is also bringing them down to the mid-range price level. If you didn’t know, the company has already launched the Vivo V15 Pro with the pop-up camera. In fact another cheaper version of V15 also has the same pop-up camera.
