Vivo Y91C comes with MediaTek Helio P22 octa-core processor and 2GB for RAM. The internal storage is 32GB and you have an option to expand via microSD card. The 6.2-inch display has dew-drop notch and it comes with a large 4030 mAh battery.
There is a 13MP rear-camera and a 5MP front camera for selfies. The phone runs Android 8.1 Oreo with Funtouch OS 4.5.

Criteria: Selection of the winner
