Vivo Pakistan has introduced two new faces, Aima Baig and Azfar Rehman, as its brand ambassadors. The announcement revealed that the company is set to launch the Vivo Y51 in the country on September 15. The two celebrities will endorce the upcoming lower mid-range Vivo smartphone in its latest campaigns.
Vivo announced today, Aima Baig – the renowned Pakistani singer and Azfar Rehman – the accredited actor as the brand ambassadors for Vivo Y51 in Pakistan. With this partnership, Vivo aims to target young audiences in the country.
The phone features a Full HD+ “Ace” AMOLED Display and In-Display Fingerprint Scanning along with 18W Fast Charging.
Under the hood, the Vivo Y51 comes with Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 processor. The phone features 4GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. With the support of 18-watt fast charging, the phone comes with a 4,500 mAh battery.
The Vivo Y51 borrows a diamond-shaped camera module from the Vivo S1 Pro. The phone features a Quad Camera setup with a 48MP main shooter coupled with an 8MP ultra-wide-angle camera dubbed as a “super wide-angle” camera. The other pair of 2MP cameras support macro shots and depth sensing for bokeh shots. On the front, there is a 16MP selfie camera.
Pricing and Availability
The official pricing of the phone has not yet been revealed however it’s expected to be priced around PKR 35,000. The phone will be available in three colour options – Mystic Black, Jazzy Blue, Dreamy White.
