Initially launched in China, the trio of X60, X60 Pro, and X60 Pro+ is supposed to launch globally on March 22nd. In addition to the global announcement, the Indian market will see the release of the series on March 25th. However, as a surprise factor, X60 Pro is going to be the first X-series Vivo smartphone to be launched in Pakistan. According to a social activity by Vivo Pakistan and quick online campaigns, the Vivo X60 Pro will launch in the country on March 27th. Currently, Vivo offers only two series in Pakistan – the mid-range V-series, and the low-end budget Y-series. Additionally, another S-series was launched last year by Vivo in Pakistan. The high-end or premium Vivo phones, namely X-series, never made it to the Pakistani market officially. Now the barrier is about to be removed with the X60 Pro being the first X-series smartphone in Pakistan. For interested customers, the X60 is currently the latest and greatest premium smartphone, Vivo has launched to date. The phone is fully powered for high-end experience as well as targets photography enthusiasts. The standard Vivo X60 and X60 Pro global variants are now confirmed to feature Snapdragon 870 chipset. The X60 Pro+ will be feature Snapdragon 888 just like in China. The trio of the phones has multiple memory configurations with 8GB or 12GB RAMS and 128GB or 256GB of internal storage – see pricing detail below. The trio features a 6.56-inch screen with a 120Hz display refresh rate. Resolution is 1080p on all three phones. X60’s battery is slightly bigger with 4300mAh while the Pro and Pro+ will feature 4200mAh battery capacity. Vivo X60 and X60 Pro, both pack similar camera specs with a 32MP front camera and a triple camera setup on the back – 48MP + 13MP + 13MP. Vivo X60 Pro+ will feature an even larger camera setup with a 50MP main camera. Furthermore, there is a great camera tech involved in these three phones including the Gimbal Stabilization along with the 5-axis video stabilization. Vivo X60 and X60 Pro Pricing The Vivo X60 series was launched in China in December 2020, with the X60 Pro+ later in January 2021. The base Vivo X60 costs CNY 3,498 (PKR ~84,000) for 8GB/128GB model. The 8GB/256GB variant costs CNY 3,798 (PKR ~91,000) while the 12GB/256GB variant costs CNY 3,998 (PKR ~96,000). The Vivo X60 Pro costs CNY 4,498 (PKR ~108,000) for 12GB/256GB only model. The Vivo X60 Pro+ in China costs CNY 4,998 (PKR ~120,000) for 8GB/128GB variant. The X60 Pro+ also comes in 12GB RAM and 256GB of internal storage that costs CNY 5,998 (PKR ~144,000). Above pricing are only after currency conversion, so expect them to be different when launched in Pakistan.
