nubia has put two 5G gaming phones on sale in Pakistan: the Neo 5 Max PadPhone at Rs. 99,999 and the Neo 5 Pro at Rs. 119,999. Sales started on 2 November, two days after the brand’s launch event on 31 October.
Buyers can get them from Jazz Experience Centers, PriceOye, Daraz, nubia’s own outlets and mobile markets. The Max is built around a tablet-sized screen and a bigger battery, while the Pro goes for an OLED panel and a large pool of physical memory.
A 7.5-inch screen at the lower price
The Neo 5 Max is the bigger phone. nubia’s product page lists a 50MP main camera with a 2MP depth sensor and a 16MP selfie camera, and the Pakistan announcement adds a 7.5-inch display running at 120Hz. The chip is a MediaTek Dimensity 7100, and the battery is 7,100mAh with 45W wired charging and 10W reverse charging.
For gaming, nubia points to shoulder triggers it says sample touch at 990Hz, with a claimed response time of 4.7ms. It also claims a cooling area above 30,000mm² and says bypass charging feeds the phone directly while it is plugged in, which keeps charging heat out of long sessions. These are nubia’s own figures from its lab tests, so treat them as claims until independent tests appear.
The announcement also lists nubia’s Demi 2.0 assistant and AI Game Space 5.0 on the Max, with stereo speakers certified for Dolby Atmos. nubia says the extra height of the screen shows more of the scene in supported games, a feature its own page limits to games with a fixed landscape resolution.
The Pro swaps the chip and the screen
The Neo 5 Pro uses a UNISOC T9100 processor with 12GB of physical RAM and 256GB of storage. nubia says that 12GB is real memory and separate from the virtual RAM extension the phone also offers.
Its 6.8-inch Full HD+ OLED panel runs at 120Hz and reaches 1,300 nits at peak. The battery is 6,000mAh, and an 80W charger comes in the box. It also has shoulder triggers, stereo speakers tuned with DTS:X Ultra, a linear motor for haptics and a cooling area that nubia puts at 28,364mm².

The Pro costs Rs. 20,000 more than the Max, and nubia’s launch price for each phone is the only one it has given so far.
