Battery and build
On vivo’s Pakistan product page, the Y32 is listed with an 8,000mAh BlueVolt battery, 44W FlashCharge, IP68 and IP69 ratings and a 50MP camera. The screen is 6.87 inches. The company says the battery keeps at least 80% of its capacity after 1,500 charge cycles in its lab tests, which it translates to about six years of use. Reverse charging for other devices is supported, up to 6W.
The phone uses Titan Glass and has an SGS 5-Star mark for overall drop resistance, and vivo includes a protective case in the box. Software settings that pause charging overnight are meant to slow battery wear.
vivo’s product page gives rated battery figures of 36.6 hours of video playback, 14 hours of Google Maps navigation and 59 hours of 4G calling. These come from the company’s own lab tests, and vivo says actual results vary. The 6.87-inch HD+ screen runs at 120Hz, but only in apps and games that support it. The page also notes that damage from liquid ingress isn’t covered by warranty, despite the IP68 and IP69 ratings.
