Sports Tracker coming to Windows Phone in November [Screen Shots Added]

Sports Tracker didn’t announce the most popular healthcare smartphone app only for MeeGo recently but a version for Windows Phone is also near. The development is going on and developers believe that Windows Phone edition will be out and available for users in November.
