As you’ve probably heard by now, Nokia World 2013 is taking place on October 22nd in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The Finnish manufacturer is expected to make a number of exciting announcements, related to new products. Rumor has it that there might be as many as six new products! Nokia has consistently been rumored to be working on a tablet of its own, and we expect to finally see it at Nokia World 2013. Reportedly dubbed Nokia Lumia 2520, the Windows RT 8.1 powered tablet is expected to tout a Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor, which would no doubt make it a good addition to the lineup of Windows RT powered tablets. It would also be a strong competitor for Microsoft’s new Surface 2 Windows RT tablet, which incidentally goes on sale on October 22nd.
Apart from the tablet, Nokia is also expected to unveil a new phablet. Apparently called the Nokia Lumia 1520, this particular device will be the first Lumia handset to tout a display of a staggering 6 inches. Nokia is also expected to announce a couple of mid-range Lumia smartphones, one of them is believed to be music centric.
Pricing and availability information for all of these devices is not available as of now, but thankfully we don’t have to wait any longer.
