Yes! of course these are not related to Nokia directly but of course they do now being Windows Phone devices. The alarming thing is that Nokia seems not having planned any thing like staying away and supporting only their own Windows Phone devices but seemingly they also have planned to support Windows Phones overall even from other manufacturers including Samsung, LG, HTC and Dell.
Looks like it’s not only a high-end party today. Nokia World 2011 (yet to held today) was majorly being supposed to be big and interesting launch event by Nokia, when the very first Windows Phones were to be launched. But here’s something else, as well, was appeared to happen on the same event that is low-end devices by Nokia, Supposedly Touch & Type QWERTY S40 device has been revealed at the spot.
Most rumoured Windows Phones by Nokia this year have just been leaked with the pics and with a bit different names than were rumoured earlier. Elop and his team may have been set and ready for tomorrows launch of Windows Phones by Nokia. But looks like their kids are more ready than they are. WinRumors has exclusively published the leaked pictures of the upcoming (yet to launch tomorrow morning in Nokia World) Windows Phones Nokia Lumia 800 (previously rumoured as Searay) and Nokia Lumia 710 (previously rumoured as Sabre)
Rumours, rumours and rumours, adding into queue another one is up with the name of Nokia 900. But this package seems to be more promising than any other leaked devices if consider specifications of them all. Another leaked picture of Nokia 900 running Windows Phone which really look great with its specifications has been aired. WP 7.5 (Mango), 4.3″ CBD AMOLED, 1.4 GHz Processor, 1GB of RAM, 16GB/32GB in-built memory, Bluetooth 4.0, NFC and 1800 mAh battery.
We have already accepted the beauty of Nokia N9 and can’t resist talking about it. It’s solid and fully finished design from its ins and from outs. Starting from the hardware to design and the OS, we loved everything about it. We even enjoyed and loved to watch how that design came into reality and its physical shape with machines making it from scratch.
Finally after a long wait, US customers started receiving Symbian Anna update on their Symbian^3 devices that are Nokia N8, Nokia E7 and Nokia C6-01. Of course Nokia will not be leaving their customers with Symbian devices and will support them till 2016, as said by Nokia. Yes they are doing so along with the other things.
Nokia N9, as came with some built-in useful apps and services, has started receiving some third party apps like fMobi, 4squick and now DropN9.
DropN9, yet in beta, is a cloud based service Dropbox client for MeeGo/Harmattan platform, Nokia N9 and Nokia N950. This client is based on QML and is for general users. It’s free.
Whenever you get your new phone, the first thing you do with it is to bring your contacts to this new phone. Yeah! you sure have to do the same with N9. But what the second thing you do with your new phone? Go to the store and look for some cool apps or games for your new phone?
Well you don’t need to do the second things so soon on N9, most of those cool apps will not only be on your home screen already but are completely integrated into the system. Mail, Facebook, Twitter, Skype, Angry Birds, Need for Speed Shift HD, Golf HD etc.
Service Pack software update is being rolling out on the devices running Symbian Anna. This important update package is around 1MB in size and brings, better performance and usability, scroll through messages improvement, geo-tagging improved performance (when taking photos), some more unlisted.
