Huawei Mate 8, after staying in speculations, finally went on sale in China earlier this month. While the high-end smartphone is still in rumors to make its appearance somewhere out of China – more specifically in US in early 2016 as the most recent update suggests that the Mate 8 will appear during the upcoming Consumer Electronic Show.
In the latest multi-core performance chart holding the Exynos 8890 on top of Geekbench. MediaTek’s Helio X20 (MT6797) takes the second place.

According to a graphical chart, which was appeared on the web recently, Apple’s A9 chipset leads the single-core performance against Exynos 8890, Snapdragon 820, Kirin 950, Helio X20.

Mate 8 will be powered by Kirin 950 with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage. There will be a 1080p 6 inch display. You can expect to see a 16MP camera on the back along with an 8MP on the front.
The new Kirin 950 chipset is continuation of big.LITTLE setup of an ARM based octa-core processor with four cores of the latest Cortex-A72 and four cores of Cortex-A53.
